Sorry for the delays…
Life is a busy thing for a lot of people. Especially film makers!
The film is still going ahead, but all manner of activity has slowed the development of the website. In between the finalisation of the script, Warthog work and various meetings with new crew members, as well as all kinds of developments for Adam our webdeveloper, I’m sure you can appreciate that things are going slowly.
However – if you want to stay abreast of news, and you see we haven’t been updating, you can always check out HBO, the 405th to see if something’s been mentioned in day-to-day posts.
I’ll be endeavouring to do a biiiiig round-up of what’s been happening with the film to date today, and from now on, we’ll be doing updates every Friday so you can see what the past week has brought us in regards new developments.

Why was wood chosen instead of another material? Cost? Strength? Availability?
BTW – the site is lookin’ good! The community couldn’t be more excited about this project – M$’s screw-up becomes a fan’s tremendous undertaking.

As for the wood issue, the wood is actually forming an anchor for the material of the skin, which will be fibreglass. :)
